Perfect rental for our family of 5. The pool and water slides were a 5 minute walk away. Wal-Mart, shops and other restaurants were a quick drive.
This place was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and the check-in / check-out process was smooth.

"Every single thing! Spacious, super clean, comfortable, fully stocked, a load of extras especially for the kiddos, comfy beds, plenty of linens (washcloths and towels). I am at awe at how the property owners did not miss a beat! Amazing! Pool outside is fantastic!

If you are looking for a place to stay, look no further and stay here. I stayed with my family. Everything was perfect. The 3 rooms were excellently decorated with a Disney theme. We had everything we needed, even bags to store sandwiches for the park. Everything was completely thought out, even breakfast. The complex is excellent, everything is ready for you to have a spectacular time during your stay. We have nothing to point out! It was my youngest daughter's first time at Disney, and they arranged a special welcome for her! Thank you so much! We'll definitely come back!!

"Location, everything present down to the smallest details… I’ve never seen such a fully equipped holiday home before. I’m extremely impressed by the house and its facilities. Everything was arranged perfectly. The only thing is I wasn’t really informed about whether certain items in the house had run out or if I needed to contact someone about it. I ended up buying some of the missing items myself at the supermarket. It might be helpful to provide more clarity on this… just a small tip from me."

This was a wonderful place to stay for our Disney trip. It was near the parks, and had a wal mart right around the corner. The hosts communicated everything so well. They are probably the most thoughtful hosts we’ve ever had and even left a welcome basket based off our kids favorite Disney characters. They had small supplies in the bathroom left for us and it actually came in handy this trip!

Hosts were very helpful and active throughout my entire stay. They left a little gift for my son’s 3rd Bday trip and guides for our first trip to Disney. Left instructions for everything inside and outside of the condo and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and made sure we knew we could ask any questions had they arose. Would definitely recommend a stay here and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you WelCKoming Stays!

"I will start with saying the owners of this condo are top notch hosts! They communicated on a regular basis keeping us informed with our pre arrival, arrival and entire stay. They were helpful in recommendations of the surrounding area as well. They also left a little pixie dust for our son that made his day🥰 Great location for all Disney parks! The condo was very clean and furnished well with everything we would need plus things we hadn’t thought of for our stay. When in Orlando we will stay here again!"

"Impeccable stay at the Welckoming Stays apartment. Spotlessly clean—everything matched the photos exactly and more. The hosts were always attentive to any questions or needs, even though we didn’t require anything; they remained responsive and maintained great communication. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, warm, and super comfortable. And it’s just 10 minutes from the parks! They pay attention to every detail and more. We will definitely return!!"

"We absolutely loved staying here! The hosts are amazing to deal with, they respond very quickly and are extremely kind! They had a special surprise for my 2 year old son when we arrived which really was such a sweet gesture- he absolutely loved It. The condo felt just like home and It is in a great location if you’re planning on going to Disney world! Will definitely be saving this listing for future Disney trips!!"

"Incredibly kind hosts with a wonderful space. They responded quickly to any questions and were checking in on us throughout our stay. This space has absolutely everything you could need, they truly thought of everything! We felt right at home. It was the perfect distance to the Disney parks which was great for our 3 days at the parks. We have already decided this is the space we’ll come to when we head back to the parks!"

"The hosts went above and beyond. They even had a special gift for my son for his birthday when we arrived. Their place is clean. The beds were comfortable and they supply everything you would need from toothbrushes to shampoo and conditioner. Their communication was great with informative instructions on everything prior and they also allowed us to check in early. Would highly recommend."

"As soon as we entered the property we were blown away, the attention to detail is amazing. All the little touches really make it feel like a home from home. The location to the parks is fantastic, Disney is so close. There is a huge Walmart just across the road. The security for letting people in was exceptional, felt so safe in the area. The pool area and activities were very good, and even a cinema to keep you entertained. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would 100% recommend. The host was checking in to make sure everything was ok and even sent more toilet roll as didnt think there was enough for our length of stay. This property really mate our holiday a magical one. Nothing.”

“We loved our stay here. The condo was adorably decorated for the Halloween Season, which my kids enjoyed. The unit was clean and well equipped with everything you would need and more a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive to our questions and requests. The resort is close to various conveniences. We unfortunately didn’t have time to enjoy the pool and waterslides, but my kids enjoyed the arcade and market. We definitely will rebook and recommend this listing to friends.

Everything is SPECTACULAR!! The apartment is excellent, there was coffee and necessary supplies for breakfast, everything is very clean. We had to travel early and asked if we could check in early and there was no problem. They really deserve an excellent rating. I already have my favorite place to return to. Thank you very much! “The condo was amazing, well furnished and in a great neighborhood. My kids and I enjoyed the pool thoroughly! It’s close enough to all of the main attractions, yet far enough away so it’s nice and quiet in the evenings. Check in/out was smooth and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Tons of extras thrown in from complimentary sunglasses to toiletries. The kitchen was great for those evenings we didn’t want to venture out and the rooms were much bigger than expected.

“My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location. Beautifully decorated and updated. The owners of the condo really made the place feel like home! Down tot he little details. As a family who travels often there’s always “something” to purchase that was left behind or small items that makes traveling easier and they had that covered! Items like zip lock bags, sunscreen, beach towels and pool play just to name a few! I’m a stickler who prefers white linens and towels and they had that too! The pool and splash was a great addition for family fun. Highly recommend and would return in the future.”
